筑梦新区︱兰州新区的“银发乐园”

午后的瑞玲社区，照料中心里处处是动静——毛笔划过宣纸，老年人指尖传送信息，乒乓球台边还传来“好球”的喝彩。

At noon in Ruiling Community, the care center buzzes with activity—brushstrokes glide across rice paper, seniors tap away on smartphones, and cheers of “Good shot!” ring out beside the ping-pong tables。

来自加纳的高山挥舞着指挥棒，与老年合唱团默契合拍；敲击鼓点，为悠扬歌声伴奏。歌声刚落，他便与同伴奔向乒乓球台，球拍挥动间满是欢声笑语。

Ghanaian Gao Shan wields his baton, seamlessly synchronizing with the senior choir; drumming rhythms accompany their melodious singing. As the song fades, he dashes to the ping-pong table with companions, laughter filling the air with each swing of their paddles。

多场活动藏着各种惊喜:他们蹲在老人身边，耐心为其指导手机里的“黑科技”，并教他们用手机视频；高山还追着书法班学写“福”字。

Multiple events held surprises: they crouched beside seniors, patiently guiding them through the "black technology" of smartphones and teaching them to make video calls. Gao Shan even joined the calligraphy class to learn writing the character for “blessing。”

瑞玲社区的“瑞老篇”，是让老人得到悉心照料，还能和世界朋友一起，把晚年过成有球打、有歌唱、有新鲜事的热闹日子。

The "Rui Lao Chapter" of Ruiling Community ensures seniors receive attentive care while also allowing them to spend their golden years in lively company with friends from around the world—playing ball, singing songs, and experiencing new adventures。
